Designer: Prakash Gokalchand
Prakash is a spiritualist and chess enthusiast that we met in MacArthur Park almost 10 years ago. Every day, he would sit near the lake playing his preferred centuries-old mind sport with classic, unassuming style.
When we asked him to design a piece for our Contributor Collection, Prakash had very specific ideas about the buttons and the way the shirt would gently curve at the hem. He made sure the sleeves were able to roll easily and that the chest pocket was at least four fingers wide, and we obliged.
Like all Everybody.World contributors, Prakash receives 10% of the sales of his designs.

Everybody.World by
Prakash Gokalchand

Prakash is a spiritualist and chess enthusiast who we met years back in MacArthur Park. Everyday, he would sit in the park playing that centuries-old mind sport with classic, unassuming style.

With more than 60 years experience in exploring the depths of devotedness, Prakash believes that all the birds and trees and people and stars are all the same—and we need to find harmony. "My main thing is spirituality. The essence I find is 'All is one'," he says.

For Everybody.World, Prakash designed his perfect Button-Up, and was very intentional about the way the shirt would gently curve at the bottom, and made sure the sleeves were able to roll easily. His next was a classic Half-Zip Pullover that's made from Trash Fleece and is ideal for layering.

The Contributor Collection is designed by everyday people. They enjoy 10% profits of their ideas.
