Shipping Policy
Items are shipped from our Los Angeles HQ 1 to 5 business days from when you order (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and office closures). For pre-orders or made-to-order items, your delivery window may vary.
Occasionally, high demand may lead to longer-than-usual processing times, so we thank you in advance for your patience during these extra busy periods.
Local Pickup
Local pickup at our Vernon/Huntington Park warehouse is an option at checkout.
Processing time is 1 to 5 business days (M to F, excluding holidays and office closures).
When your order is ready to be picked up, we'll email you with instructions.
Order pickup hours are between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please email orders@everybody.world if you have questions.
Expedited Shipping
Cutoff time for same day dispatch of expedited services (Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and DHL Worldwide Express) is 12 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and office closures.

These timelines and rates vary based on package weight and destination; they're estimates and not guarantees.

International Shipping
All orders shipping to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped via DHL Worldwide Express or UPS.
Estimated delivery is 4 to 18 days from your order date.
Factory Flea items are excluded from free shipping calculations.

Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, duties and import taxes may be applicable depending on the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred upon delivery.
We offer the option to prepay duties and import taxes at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Prepaid Duties and Taxes
By selecting the prepaid option at checkout, you agree to pay the estimated duties and import taxes upfront.
This option helps prevent delays and additional charges upon delivery.
Communication
We communicate any additional costs, including taxes and duties, during the checkout process.
Customers are encouraged to review their order summary before completing the purchase.
Shipping Claims and Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived or shows up damaged, we’re here to help. Because we work with external shipping partners, we follow specific windows for filing claims.
When to File
The Filing Window
All claims must be submitted within 7 weeks (49 days) of your ship date. We can't honor claims filed after this window as our shipping partners will no longer accept them from us.
File a claim in our returns and claims portal. You’ll need your order number and zip code to get started.
How to find your ship date: Search your email for the subject line: "A Shipment From Order #XXXX Is On The Way." The date you received that email is your official ship date.
When to Get Started
Carriers require a short waiting period to allow for delays or rerouting. Please use the guide below to see the earliest you can file a claim:

Before You File: Is it Lost or Stolen?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don’t see your package, please try these steps first. Carriers often scan packages up to 24 hours before they actually reach your door:
- Check the "hidden" spots: Look behind porch pillars, under stairs, or check with neighbors and building managers.
- Verify your address: Check your order confirmation email to ensure there wasn't a typo in your shipping info.
- The 24-Hour Rule: It is common for carriers to scan a package as "delivered" while it is still on the truck.
Claim Requirements and Policies
- Damaged Items: To help us process your claim quickly, please upload photos of the damaged item, the shipping box or mailer, and the shipping label when prompted in the portal.
- Stolen Packages: Everybody.World is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered." If you opted for Package Protection at checkout, we provide a hassle-free refund or reshipment. Without it, we're unable to replace stolen items.
- Incorrect Addresses: We ship to the exact location provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to you at your expense.
Note: Package Protection does not cover delivery issues caused by an incorrect or insufficient address entered by the customer.
