Shipping Policy

Items are shipped from our Los Angeles HQ 1 to 5 business days from when you order (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and office closures). For pre-orders or made-to-order items, your delivery window may vary.

Occasionally, high demand may lead to longer-than-usual processing times, so we thank you in advance for your patience during these extra busy periods.

Local pickup at our Vernon/Huntington Park warehouse is an option at checkout.

Processing time is 1 to 5 business days (M to F, excluding holidays and office closures).

When your order is ready to be picked up, we'll email you with instructions.

Order pickup hours are between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please email orders@everybody.world if you have questions.

Cutoff time for same day dispatch of expedited services (Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and DHL Worldwide Express) is 12 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and office closures.

All orders shipping to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped via DHL Worldwide Express or UPS. 

Estimated delivery is 4 to 18 days from your order date.  

Factory Flea items are excluded from free shipping calculations.

Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, duties and import taxes may be applicable depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred upon delivery.

We offer the option to prepay duties and import taxes at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Prepaid Duties and Taxes

By selecting the prepaid option at checkout, you agree to pay the estimated duties and import taxes upfront.

This option helps prevent delays and additional charges upon delivery.

Communication

We communicate any additional costs, including taxes and duties, during the checkout process.

Customers are encouraged to review their order summary before completing the purchase.

Claim Filing Deadline

You must file your claim within 60 days of your order's ship date, not the delivered date. We require this because our shipping label provider has filing deadlines and we want to make sure we get your claims sent in on time.

To find your order's ship date, look for the date when we emailed you a shipment confirmation. The subject line is most likely something like "A Shipment From Order #9999 Is On The Way." 

Lost in Transit or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged when it arrives or the carrier declares it lost (lost in transit), please provide your order information in the self-service returns and claims portal, then click on the button, "start a claim."

Stolen or Lost Packages Marked as Delivered

Everybody.World is not responsible for packages that are missing after they're marked as delivered. However, we offer optional package protection (bundled with free returns) checkout. This package protection fee covers refunds or reshipments for lost or damaged packages with no hassle. The fee amount depends on the total value of your purchase.

Package protection does not cover shipping issues due to incorrect or insufficient addresses received from the customer.

To file a claim for your order, please provide your order information in the self-service returns and claims portal, then click on the button, "start a claim."

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you can contact us to have it reshipped at your expense.
