Production Project Manager (Apparel Manufacturing)

Overview

We’re looking for an extremely organized, fast-moving Production Project Manager to oversee apparel production across Everybody.World manufacturing. This person will own the day-to-day flow of production—from cutting to sewing to finishing—and ensure everything moves forward at all times.

This is a high-energy, on-the-floor role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and constantly thinks three steps ahead.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the production timeline from start to finish across multiple styles/orders
  • Track and prioritize what needs to be cut, sewn, finished, and moved next
  • Work closely with cutters, sewers, and finishing teams to keep workflow continuous
  • Identify bottlenecks before they happen and proactively solve them
  • Ensure materials, trims, and components are ready ahead of production needs
  • Coordinate movement of goods between stations (cutting → sewing → finishing → packing)
  • Maintain clear visibility on production status at all times
  • Communicate daily priorities to the team and adjust in real-time
  • Keep production running efficiently under tight timelines

Bonus (not required):

  • Experience in apparel production, cut & sew, or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with production timelines, spec sheets, or factory workflow
  • Speaks Spanish
