Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator

Location: Los Angeles

Type: Part Time or Full Time

Overview

This role helps Everybody.World show up consistently, creatively, and clearly across social platforms. The goal is to tell the story of our products, people, factory, materials, collaborations, and point of view in a way that feels natural, human, and aligned with the brand.

We're looking for someone to support day-to-day content creation, posting, community engagement, and social planning. Since this is a new role for us, we are looking for someone who can help build the rhythm and structure of how we use social media.

What You'll Do

  • Capture behind-the-scenes content across our factory, office, shoots, events, and day-to-day work
  • Create, and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Turn product launches, collaborations, campaigns, and factory moments into compelling social-first content
  • Plan and manage a content calendar across key launches, campaigns, events, partnerships, and cultural moments
  • Write and edit captions, scripts, and social copy that reflect the Everybody.World voice
  • Publish content, coordinate approvals, and ensure content is delivered on time across all channels
  • Engage with our community by managing comments, DMs, tags, and mentions, while identifying customer insights and partnership opportunities
  • Bring our brand story to life by highlighting reclaimed cotton, local manufacturing, the people behind the product, our Los Angeles roots, and our 'Workers, Ecology, Ideas' ethos
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, e-commerce, wholesale, production, and external creatives to develop content that supports broader business goals
  • Identify and recommend new platform features, content formats, and social trends that feel authentic to Everybody.World
  • Track organic social performance, prepare regular reporting, and recommend optimizations based on insights and analytics
  • Support paid social campaigns by providing creative assets and collaborating with internal teams or partners
  • Help grow Everybody.World's presence across existing and emerging channels by testing new ideas and identifying opportunities for audience growth

Who You Are

We're seeking someone creative, organized, curious, and self-starting. You should be comfortable taking initiative, capturing content, editing short videos, writing captions, and helping shape a new role. You should understand social media but equally respect that Everybody.World has a specific voice and point of view.

You are not expected to fully own brand strategy, paid ads, photography campaigns, wholesale marketing, or major creative direction. Those decisions still sit with our brand director. This role is about execution, consistency, content creation, and helping us build a strong social rhythm.
