Can I order samples?
If you’d like to access pricing and samples, please complete the form on our Wholesale page. We’ll approve your account within 1-2 business days.
Can I order custom printed samples?
We are a small team and cannot make custom dyed or printed samples for every order. However, if you would like to review a “strike off” once your order is set up to be printed, we can arrange to TEXT you a photo for review. You must respond with an approval or any adjustments within 15 minutes or we may lose our production spot. We can slightly adjust placement but any change to the artwork will result in new screen setup fees and delays.
Are returns accepted for samples?
All sample sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Exchanges or store credit may be accepted for some items. If your order is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us regarding a replacement.
Do you custom dye?
Yes, we dye to match Pantone shades. To do a “lab dip”, there’s a $60 fee and it adds about a week, or we can have the dye house “eyeball” the color and they usually hit it within a 15% variance. For most products, White or Natural is the base product price, but please see each product for details.
Do you do tie dye?
Yes! We have great tie dyers, and can do dip dye, too! We can achieve any sort of tie dye as long as you have a clear photo or sample reference. The minimum is 100 units and the price ranges from $5-$12 per piece.
Do you use natural dyes?
Not yet. At this time, we work with small dye houses who adhere to California’s Environmental Protection Agency standards in regards to water and energy use and waste which are the strictest in the country. We are actively working on solutions for using natural dyes in industrial settings. Please let us know if you’d be interested once we figure it out!
Do you do screenprinting and DTG prints?
Yes. The screenprint minimum is 50 units and we custom quote all artwork. The first color/placement ranges from $1-$4 and the price decreases for additional print placements, up to 8 colors. Screen setup costs are $60/color/placement. We use water-based inks and use Pantone for color matching. For DTG prints, we can do as few as 12 units and the price ranges from $10-$17 per print based on size, garment color and quantity.
Do you do custom labels?
Yes, we will apply custom labels that you provide. There is an additional fee, which ranges from $1-2 per piece. Production of your order cannot begin until we have your labels in hand.
Do you do hangtags, folding, packing and stickering?
We can attach hang tags as well as fold, pack and sticker for an additional charge per service. We use compostable “polybags” which we stock, and recommend Greenerprinter for the production of your hangtags. Please note, we do not use plastic tagging attachments so if you will be providing hangtags, make sure they come with a string that can be strung through the label.
Do you do custom cut & sew?
Yes, our minimums are 300 units per style and turnaround time is 6-12 weeks depending on complexity of the garment, any sourcing or sampling required and other factors. Email us if you’d like to discuss!
Can I sell EVERYBODY.WORLD blank products at my store?
At this time we’re not selling wholesale to retailers unless it’s a customized/embellished product. If you’d like to propose a special partnership to sell our blank garments, please email email@example.com.
How sustainable is the manufacturing process?
All of our recycled cotton fiber is sourced from US-grown cotton and our recycled yarn is made in the USA. All knitting, cutting, sewing, dyeing and customizing is done in Los Angeles within a 5 mile radius, keeping our carbon footprint low. We work with Los Angeles factories that pay above the minimum wage per hour ($13.25-$14.25/hour as of June 2020) and treat their workers fairly. California currently has the highest EPA standards in the USA and all of our factories adhere to these standards. We do not work with non-biodegradable materials. Sustainability is a work in progress and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our manufacturing processes!
If I need something rushed (under 4 weeks) is there a fee?
Yes. There’s a minimum 20% extra charge for rush jobs and we may not always be available to do this.
Are there price breaks?
Yes, price breaks for Trash Tees start at 500, 2000, 5000 and 10,000 units. Please email us for more information or questions about other items.
Is shipping included?
No. We ship worldwide using UPS via a consolidated carrier and receive competitive prices. An estimate is made at time of invoicing and will be edited to reflect the final shipping cost once your shipment has left. You are also welcome to make a local pickup, or arrange a pickup with a carrier of your choice.
How do I set up files for printing?
-Each color/placement is on a separate layer with a transparent background
-Art is saved as a PSD file at actual print size at 300 dpi
-Each color/placement grouped and unlocked layers
-All fonts outlined
-Art is saved at actual print size
-Save as .ai or .pdf
For DTG projects:
-jpeg, TIFF or pdf
-Art is saved at actual print size, at least 300 dpi
