I'd like to place a wholesale order. How do I do that?

To get started with wholesale, please visit our wholesale page and apply for a wholesale account to get access to samples, pricing and minimums.

We highly suggest you visit our wholesale FAQ page, which may have answers to your questions. You may email our wholesale sales department directly at sales@everybody.world  if you don't find the answer there. 

Please note, as of Monday September 20, we are no longer accepting screen print, DTG, or embroidery customizations until further notice. Custom dye, custom label (over 300 units) and blanks are still available.

How to process a return or exchange?

Please take a look at our return policy to see if your purchase qualifies for a return or exchange. If so, you may submit a return or exchange request here.

Do you have storefronts or stockists?

No. 

May I pick up my order in person?

Sure! Local pickup is available by appointment 1-3 business days after your order is placed. You'll need to schedule an appointment with our order fulfillment person by emailing orders@everybody.world with your order # and the time you wish to come by our HQ in Vernon/Huntington Park (between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday) and we'll let you know if that time works.

After you pick up your order, we'll refund whatever shipping you paid.

When will my order ship?

Items are shipped 1-4 business days (Monday through Friday) from your order date. Please note, for pre-orders or out-of-stock items, your delivery window may vary.

My tracking number says that my order has been delivered but I never got it. What do I do?

Most likely, it got mis-delivered to a neighbor or it was marked delivered, prematurely, and will arrive a few business days later. If you still don't get it five shipping days later, please email hello@everybody.world.

May I cancel or edit my order? 

We can accept your request to update your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, we can't guarantee that the edit/cancellation can be completed if the order has already been packed or shipped. To submit your request, please email hello@everybody.world.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.

Where do you make your products?

For our Trash Collection, everything is knit, cut, sewn and dyed locally in Los Angeles, with a supply chain that exists entirely within North America.

For our Hecho en Colombia collection, we've partnered with a small family factory in Medellin, Colombia to create a line of biodegradable and recycled woven materials without the use of polyester, paying 2-3x the local minimum wage for skilled manufacturing work. In addition to creating excellent jobs in a struggling economy, this allows us to put our cutting scraps back into our own textiles so we have a closed-loop system with a small geographic footprint!

How often do you restock the Trash Collection?

We introduce new hues periodically; colors like Scour, White and Faded Black remain in-stock year round while seasonal colors may or may not be replenished. On the product page, select your size and color to join the waitlist and we’ll email you when that style comes back online!

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! You can purchase gift cards here year-round.

My discount code isn’t working!

Each discount code is unique and cannot be combined with any other offers. For example, you won’t be able to enter a code if an automatic discount is already applied at checkout.

How should I wash and care for my EVERYBODY.WORLD clothing?

Our garments are always pre-shrunk and ready to wear. We recommend you wash warm with like colors then tumble dry medium, inside out. Do not bleach and avoid drying in the sun as garment dye is sensitive to UV light and can fade with prolonged exposure.
