Wholesale Terms & Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions between EVERYBODY.WORLD (Seller) and the holder of the wholesale account (Buyer), including their agents acting on their behalf. These Terms and Conditions supersede Buyer Purchase Orders.
EVERYBODY.WORLD garments are not to be resold as blank goods unless previously approved by Seller in writing. Buyer agrees to customize blank garments by printing, dyeing, embroidering or otherwise embellishing the outside of the goods prior to selling. A label change is not sufficient modification. Anyone found to be reselling blank merchandise without EVERYBODY.WORLD’s authorization will have their wholesale privileges permanently revoked.
Blank goods can be returned IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7 days for a refund. Shipping will not be refunded, and the final refund will be issued once goods have been inspected by Seller, within 7 days of receipt. Depending on the nature of the order, you may also be charged a restocking fee.
IMPERFECTIONS AND DAMAGES
Any claims of defect must be brought to Seller’s attention in writing via email to email@example.com within 7 calendar days of receipt. Buyer agrees that a 7 day period is a "reasonable" period of time to make such claims, and further agrees to inspect all merchandise within that time. Any rights to reject or return merchandise expires after this 7 day period. Manufacturing defects will always be replaced or refunded by Seller.
Customized goods are final sale, except in the case of manufacturer imperfections or damages. See IMPERFECTIONS AND DAMAGES above.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
EVERYBODY.WORLD will always try to ship as quickly as possible, but manufacturing of garments is a human process with many moving parts. While a shipping estimate is provided at the time of your order being placed, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, Seller will notify Buyer as soon as possible, however if a custom order is already in process, it may not be cancelled. If Buyer has a very specific delivery deadline, Buyer may be required to pay expedited shipping or rush production fees.
OVER/UNDER POLICY FOR GARMENT DYE
When producing custom dyed garments, EVERYBODY.WORLD manufactures an additional 5-10% in case of fallout in the dye process. In some cases, there is no fallout and there will be additional units, with up to 10% being added to Buyer’s final invoice. Imperfections will be offered to Buyer at a 30% discount. If Buyer chooses not to purchase the imperfections, they will be sold via Factory Flea Market or other discount venue with no mention of Buyer or their brands. If there is more than usual fallout in a particular size, Seller will make up missing units with another size, or as a last result, may short ship. If Buyer requires specific units, ordering a few extra units per size is recommended.
If dyeing to a custom color, Buyer has the option of ordering a “lab dip” to match a Pantone shade. The cost of this is $60 per color and fabric. If Buyer chooses to not pay for the lab dip, the dyers will do their best to match the color by eye, but there may be a 10-15% variance from the desired shade. If exact color match is important, a lab dip is always recommended.
PRINT ARTWORK ERRORS
Printed goods are final sale. Buyer agrees to provide print-ready artwork, saved at actual print size, and will not hold Seller responsible for errors in the art files. It is always recommended that Buyer provide a digital mockup on the garment to show placement. EVERYBODY.WORLD does inspect artwork and compare to the mockup prior to printing and will make best efforts to contact Buyer in case of any obvious issues, but subtle issues such as typefaces, colors or dimensions may not be apparent.
