How do I process a return or exchange?
How often do you restock the Trash Collection?
We introduce new hues periodically; colors like Scour, White and Black remain in-stock year round while seasonal colors may or may not be replenished. On the product page, select your size and color to join the waitlist and we’ll email you when that style comes back online.
Do you have storefronts or stockists?
May I pick up my order in person?
Sure! Local pickup at our Vernon/Huntington Park warehouse is an option at checkout. When your order is ready to be picked up, we'll email you with instructions. Order pickup hours are between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org you have questions.
When will my order ship?
Items are shipped 1-4 business days (Monday through Friday) from your order date. Please note, for pre-orders or out-of-stock items, your delivery window may vary.
My tracking number says that my order has been delivered but I never got it. What do I do?
Most likely, it got mis-delivered to a neighbor or it was marked delivered, prematurely, and will arrive a few business days later. If you still don't get it five shipping days later, please email email@example.com.
May I cancel or edit my order?
We can accept your request to update your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, we can't guarantee that the edit/cancellation can be completed if the order has already been packed or shipped. To submit your request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.
Where do you make your products?
100% of our products are made in the Americas with viable supply chains.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do! You can purchase gift cards here year-round.
My discount code isn’t working!
Each discount code is unique and cannot be combined with any other offers. For example, you won’t be able to enter a code if an automatic discount is already applied at checkout.
How should I wash and care for my Everybody.World clothing?
Our Tubular Trash Tee will shrink to fit after its first home wash and dry. We recommend you wash cold with like colors then tumble dry medium, inside out. Do not bleach and avoid drying in the sun as garment dye is sensitive to UV light and can fade with prolonged exposure.
